Shipping policy

We will ship typically within 2 business days of purchase unless a MTO order. If MTO please allow our standard TAT.

Shipping is available internationally,  The rate is calculated based on weight and location.

Customs and/or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not charged or paid by rAise them wild co. Order value will not be adjusted on customs declarations and will be marked as merchandise.

All shipments include a tracking number is emailed to the customer upon shipping the order. Once the package has been scanned by the postal service, We are not responsible for the shipment, including lost, stolen or damaged packages. Contact the postal service (either USPS or UPS) directly if you have an issue with your shipment.

Double check your shipping address, once the package has been shipped we cannot fix the address. If a item gets returned to RTWC , because shipping address was wrong you will be invoiced for shipping and that will need to be paid before the item ships back out  

If placing multiple orders within 24 hours using the same store account, the orders will be automatically combined to ship together. If it is past the 24 hours they will not ship together & I will not refund the shipping . I will not combine ready to ship orders with made to order.

if you place an order combining RTS and MTO , I will send an invoice for shipping for the RTS item  

do not combine MTO and RTS items  

do not combine on hand MTO with other MTO - on hand is different and I don’t have to wait for fabric
