Refund policy

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

You cannot cancel an order and be refunded once an order has been placed. due to the fact fabric is specifically ordered for your order.

All SALE items are final sale, we will not do refunds or returns due to the special discount 

Defects/Errors

Due to the nature of the products I sell, items cannot be returned/refunded

Please look over items upon receiving them. I am human I do make mistakes 

Please email raisethemwild.company@gmail.com with a picture of the defect within 48 hours of receiving your order. ( after 48 hours there is nothing we can do ) 

If we can fix the item that is defective or send a new one out, that will be the first choice. If it is something we no longer have, then a refund will be issued. Or the option for a similar product can be chose 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please give me 24 HOURS after receiving the item(s) back to do this. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. (items will not be refunded if used/washed or come back dirty )

We pay for the return shipping label. We will NOT refund shipping if you paid for shipping with your order! 

Damage incurred during shipping is not covered or refundable - please contact and report shipping damage through the postal service directly.

We do not combine shipping, unless it’s within the same 24 hour period. We will not combine shipping with ready to ship and made to order items.
